Ouch, My Ass
My very thoughtful coworker got me a gift certificate to a local spa where, yesterday, I cashed it in for an hour hot tub and an hour massage. Such decadence! Today, I feel a bit beat up- all that deep tissue work on my neck sure did something. Does it hurt anyone else when you get your butt massaged? Ok, let me rephrase. . .It wasn't one of those kinds of massages. But when the massage therapist is working on the legs, specifically the upper thigh and outer buttocks area, it is all I can do not to cry out in pain. How much tension can a person hold in her ass?
Maybe I don't want you to answer that. . .
I had a bit of a giggle fit in this morning's staff meeting. Maybe being out of the office for the past two days did something to me? It's the new boy's fault- he has an infectious laugh. Damn you M! Then C. got in on it and it was chaos down at our end of the conference table. I guess coming off a successful event, I've got a much better attitude. Sure, I am still moving slowly but I sure do have my smile on.
For all those keeping track, I have now flossed three days in a row. If Kris can stop drinking, I can sure as hell take up flossing.

aj- you're just jealous. it is SO obvious. ;) i can't go showing all my bits and pieces on the blog. it is, after all, a family-friendly blog...(says the girl who posts pictures of her sexual cupcakes and mentions her rack in every other post. huh. right.)
bill- it's pre-three day flossing. i took that pic last week before i realized that the dentist appt was looming.
