Absence Makes The Heart Grow Fonder
Hi. Did you miss me?
I've been busy with my girlfriends. My friends are so incredibly fun. I don't think we've stopped talking since they arrived. We've been exploring the city and having a great time. Do they really have to go home tomorrow morning? (Pout.)
I've also had intermittent internet access for the past 2 days- thanks Comcast. Wouldn't you know that the moment I cancelled my appointment for a technician it stopped working again. Damn it! It's working now (obviously) but I will not be canceling the appointment for today. I don't feel like dealing with Irony today.
As for a follow up on the date... there is no follow up. I haven't seen him and he flaked out on meeting up with me and my friends yesterday. What? I sound bitter? Hmmm. Yeah. I really don't think I am cut out for this "relationship" business. Frankly, at this moment in time? I am pretty bummed I took him out on date at all. Talking about it just annoys me so let's just change topics, ok?

Ditto with the ugly names. Some guys don't know when they're lucky. I'm glad you had a good time with your friends.
It's not polite to call him dirty names. He's the loser in all this.
It might not be polite to call him names, but I've never really thought of myself as being all that polite anyway...so I'll say that he's obviously a fuckwit if he isn't putting in the effort that you deserve.
