Moi?

Sometimes feedback feels good:

"That Sizzle! I was really impressed by her- to have all that information in her head but then to really have it in her heart. Wow."

-From a panelist that came to review our agency

Gloating is not ladylike (good thing I am a broad).

Congrats. Good feedback always feels good. I was just nominated for the "Best Attitude" award at work and it feels great even though I know I won't win because our secretary is also nominated and she's the cheeriest, cutest little thing you'll ever meet and totally has the contest locked.

Gloat away, Sizz! It's always good to be appreciated or to have your worth pointed out by someone you don't work with to everyone.

As someone who works in a non-profit as well, that is a great compliment ;-) People who truly believe in the work they are doing are the most successful!

I truly believe it's healthy to gloat! Positive mental feedback for the self....always a good thing!
