You Should BE So Lucky

I am so proud of my Tomato.

If you don't know this man, you should. Just click it and see for yourself.

I am lucky enough to have known him for 16 years. To have dated him before he came out of the closet. To have shared weddings, funerals, sorrow, silence and side-busting laughter with him. To love, love, love him with all my heart. To call him friend.

His column, Love Handles, is drawing to a close. Don't miss the opportunity to check it out. Someday, you can say you knew him when. It's gonna be like that. Trust me.

He seems like a really decent fella. So, OF COURSE he is gay.

I bet he was a hoot to date!

Wow! Do all the GREAT people live in CA??!!

He sure seems like he's on his way to making the world a better, and funny, place! We need more realness (is that a word?) in this world!

He's amusing and stuff, but I dunno, its nothing so unique that it is a glimpse into the next Anne Rice.

I wasn't saying he was going to be a famous writer.

But he will be famous. That you can bet on.

So I went to his blog and read and loved it. Then I went to his column and read and loved it even more. He's just wonderful!

You truly have the loveliest friends. You lucky girl!

Well for starters, you guys are all so kind... thank you... and I assure you anonymous, I have no intentions of being Anne Rice or comparing myself as such... on a more important note, it brings me such warmth inside to see not only how Sizzle has spent the year sharing her amazing self with everyone, but the way that everyone has not only received, but embraced her. She is one of the brightest lights in my life and she charges my soul and makes me glow.

I am lucky to not only know her, but to have her captured so securely and snuggly in my heart...

Happy Holidays!!

I must confess sizzle, I'm enthralled by his writing. Just for the record, I'm straight, but I was a barback and DJ in what was this towns only gay club for almost a year. If there had been more people like him, I probably would have kept working there.

Geez, Sizz, do you turn all the good ones gay?

One Big : ) of course.

I'm sure it's not completely your fault. : )
