Home Smells Like the Sea
After a whirlwind one night stay in Los Angeles, I am back in the Cruz. Tired and a bit grungy, but safe and sound. At final count, 137 bugs lost their lives when they collided with my vehicle on Hwy 5, including one monarch butterfly and a bee. 4 pit stops for gas and use of the facilities. One close call with an almost-empty gas tank in a no cell phone reception area. 2 power bars digested along with some corn nuts, gallons of water and an Oreo McFlurry. My voice is hoarse from singing along to my cds. I must have listened to "A Letter To Elise" 20+ times along with "Lovesong" and "Pictures of You." I took a bunch of pictures. I am so sleepy right now I can barely type. My bed calls. . .

Mags was at the top of her game... politically poetic and razor-sharp hysterical!
I think I am going to say yes to that house today... any last minute thoughts??
