It's All Gotta Go

******************
It's 3pm and the sale is over. I made a whopping $220! Woo hoo. At the end I was like, "That's 25 cents." or "You can have that whole stack of books for a buck." "Everything must go! Cheap! Cheap!" I feel so liberated now. And sunburnt. I'm off to find the aloe.

I really envy people with the energy to have garage sales. They're a LOT of work. Good luck with the sale!

I wish you the same great luck I had when I hauled a bunch of my stuff out to the curb prior to my leaving CA.

The $300 I made on my sale a month ago is now spent on parts for my Taurus.....and I bought a pair of shoes. Good job though!

The money is nice ... but did you manage to clear out a bunch of stuff? I think that's the real measure of success. It sounds like you did.

A garage sale! There's a thought. Cause when I drag out all of MY stuff, I just think BONFIRE.

I hope we are as lucky in a couple weeks when we have our garage sale. A big neighborhood one. So it should have some drawing power. Now it's just a matter of convincing ourselves to part with stuff.
