I still can't afford the digital camera that I want. I have a hard time parting with $1200. My little Sony will have to do for now...
So now that you have a shiny new camera, can I assign you a photo class project like my teacher used to do?
$1200?!? what kind of camera is that? a digital slr? I got my powershot 300 for around $300 last year. I'm sure prices have gone done. It has performed splendidly.
I love buying grown-up toys! And I don't mean those kind of toys. I'm hoping to buy myself a new digi camera for my upcoming birthday. Anyway, congrats on your new purchase!

My problem isn't the camera. It's finding someone who can keep the camera from shaking. I can frame great phtos - I just can't keep my hands still.
Anyway ... looking forward to seeing some great photos. Nothing x-rated please. I'm not sure I'm ready for that.
