But you don't even like baseball . . .

"Take me out to the ball game,
Take me out with the crowd.
Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack,
I don't care if I never get back,
Let me root, root, root for the home team,
If they don't win it's a shame.
For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out,
At the old ball game."

*And for those of you still shocked that I attended a live sporting event, I will have you know that I cheered & jeered along with the diehard fans and actually understood what was going on. Plus, I made up dances to all the players songs much to Lon's enjoyment. The Giants beat the Diamondbacks by 4-0. Seeing as how the Diamondbacks have lost their last seven games, they weren't really a challenge. See how knowledgeable I am?

Sports are actually tolerable when you're right there, seeing the action live. There's a certain electricity in the air and it's easy to get caught up in it.

Watching it on tv at home is like watching paint dry...
